Moseley Street, spread across two new builds of five to eight storeys, is an innovative build-to-rent scheme in Digbeth.
The site will introduce 366 homes, accommodating a high-quality mix of one- to three-bed apartments that will benefit from roof terraces, balconies, two spacious courtyards, lounges, commercial spaces, 216 bicycle spaces, and a public green linear park called 'The Park'.
The Park will become a new green public thoroughfare that will boost permeability and add further animation to the site.
