The J&S Motorcycles building is to be transformed into a residential community containing 136 apartments across a new seven-storey.

Sat within the Digbeth Deritend and Bordesley conservation area, the building will deliver 58 one, 74 two & 4 three-bed homes – 10% affordable – whilst the ground floor will see 5,200K SF of internal amenity space, including a gym, lounge and meeting areas and workspaces.

There will also be 9,200K SF of external spaces including courtyards, select balconies, and private rear gardens for ground-floor apartments. 160 cycles will be on offer.
