SAPPHIRE COURT

Sapphire Court is a 166-home red brick development within the emerging Rea Valley Urban Quarter.

Early in its development, an H-shaped new build of six to eight storeys will be introduced to the site, accommodating 166 one- & two-bedroom apartments and duplexes, with 17 affordable and spaces for 166 cycles.

Warwick Street and Bradford Street will both get new entrances, with residents set to benefit from two large communal gardens.
